HOW TO ORDER
Leggerissimi are created exclusively in our artisan laboratory in Gassino Torinese. Thanks to the uniqueness of our glasses, we have long developed an online system
to remotely serve all the people who want to make their own glasses with us!
1. Photo and prescription
The starting point is to send us a photo of your face and your lense prescription that we have to prepare. We then select together the most suitable models for you or we make them according to your tastes.
2. Test the samples at home
If you like, we can send you samples to try at home. Once you have tried the samples you can decide if you want to complete the purchase or not, or request changes according to your aesthetic taste. Remember, we are, first and foremost, artisans, and have no frameworks to respect.
3. Return the samples
After choosing how to create your glasses
send the samples back using the same package in which you received them. If possible, send us together with the shipment, your old or spare glasses from which we will check the fit.
4. Receive your new glasses!
Your
new glasses will be delivered to you in the comfort of your own home complete with a spare parts kit, warranty, tax documents and, if you sent them, also your old glasses.
SAMPLE SENDING CONDITIONS
The samples are usually 3-4 pairs of fully finished glasses but with neutral lenses. In addition to the cost of materials, to make a sample it takes us 3 to 4 hours of labour, therefore, it is understandable why the samples are sent only upon
payment of a deposit. The value of the deposit is equal to the cost of the glasses that are being considered for purchase. If you confirm the purchase you have already paid for the glasses and you will only have to wait to receive them at home,
in the case
you decide not to proceed with the purchase, the deposit will be returned once the samples have been returned.
